    CO Powersports Castle Rock

Dropped off my wifes bike for her 11K service. I'll skip the slow and not on time comments, cause it seems every shop has this problem.

Specifically ask them to tighten and check the rear chain. Just got the bike, and I can tell the chain has not been taken care of without even really looking at it. Get it back and they've tightened it, covered it in grease, left the two links sticking up that are rusted together and didn't say a thing. We even asked if there was anything that it needed and was told no.

I know the chain isn't going to fall off, but as soon as (if) the links loosen, it's going slack again. The thing is covered in a coat of rust and all they did was grease it and send us on our way.
