Where Did You Ride Today?

It was awesome weather for the end of October! I was supposed to remote in and get some work done this afternoon, but at the last minute I decided to get out and get some sun. I rode up and down Golden Gate Canyon twice since I figured this might be the last this road is relatively sand free for the year. There is a little sand at top of the road for the last few miles, but overall it was in really good shape. A bunch of sportbikes (and Harleys) in the canyon today – anyone here on that road this afternoon? After that, I went up Bear Creek, across Indian Hills and down Deer Creek. All three of these roads were clean and LEO free. Now I’m back home and still postponing getting any work done. So, where did you ride today and how was it?

Went up Golden Gate between 11 and 11:30. Took p2p to Mary's Lake Lodge. Saw one LEO driving in the opposite direction right after Rollinsville. There is gravel along p2p here and there. Mostly along the north-facing road where the mountain side doesn't allow any sun. Hwy 7 was an absolute dream today...as always. No gravel...just a little bit of traffic.

we went up Golden Gate, across P to P and up to Estes Park. It was great! Most of it was very clean considering they have had snow ( and sand ). We came down 7 through Lyons and it was just perfect, then back on 36 to Boulder and traffic on 93 to Golden.
If it's nice out again tomorrow don't hesitate, get outside!

up 34, down 7, back up 7, over p2p, down boulder. it was beautiful all day long, almost no cars on any road i was on

im going to brave berthoud pass tomarrow so i can have my bike in the flat lands for a little while longer, maybe we can get out soon!

Got out for a couple of hours this afternoon. Up Left Hand Canyon to P2P and down 7 to Lyons. There's a lot of sand in LHC near Ward. 7 was ... well, 7 - awesome as usual.

Traffic was unbelievably light. I only had to pass two cars in LHC and two more on 7.

Went to the hospital on mine to visit the wife. Then took her 250 ninja to the drug store to drop off her script. Took mine back to drug store to pick up meds.
Total miles about 15

Was great weather today though.
