    LP flushmount install...question

    on an Aprilia RSV Mille.

unwired the old signals, wired up the new LP flushmounts on the front...they work fine.

Wire up the back set, get a faint glow and flicker front and back when I throw the blinker switch but...alas, no flash.

Unwire the back set, front set works fine.

    All stock signals worked.

what's the problem? BTW, both front and back are single filament.

Just guessing, but I think you may have wired the rear ones opposite from the front ones (ground vs. flasher).

I thought I might have too. The LP's wires arent labled pos/neg so I took a guess. The fronts worked fine it's just when I wire the back signals in that none of them work.

I tried unhooking both back signals and the fronts worked again. Then I tried one back signal alternating wires and the same thing happened.

My last guess is that my alarm may be hooked into the rear signal ground wires someplace.
