I would recommend removing AVG Free and install Microsoft Security Essentials....AVG was ok a year or so ago but now Microsofts free product is better to use as a free solution because AVG and others with consistently try to "upsell" you to get their paid version. Also run Malwarebytes free (but i recommend paid) to watch and clean spyware.
Now that my soapbox is out of the way:
1. Tracking cookies are normal, you get them everytime you go online, you can clean them but they will come back, its "normal" you need them but its ok to clean them.
2. I would run Malwarebytes, AVG doesnt focus enough on spyware to always get it right (of course Malwarebytes isnt perfect but their main focus is spyware) False positive just means they "guess" its spyware. I write some scripts for work that get flagged as spyware but they arent....just the software trying to be proactive and "guessing"
3. Eh I dont trust reg cleaners, i havent found a great one and because the registry is the brains of your computer and if they clean one good thing thinking its bad youre hosed....perhaps someone else know a good trustful cleaner, but personally i just leave it alone.
