1 BDRM Apartments in the Springs under $650?

Anyone know of any decent ones north of Union and Academy. Must have a garage.

Re: 1 BDRM Apartments in the Springs under $650?

My old townhouse near Union and Lexington had a detached garage and 2BR, but the rent was $750. Off the top of my head, I can't think of many apartments that would have a garage or be priced under $650. the ones I know of are describing themselves as "luxury apartments" or "apartment homes". The only difference between a "luxury/apartment home" and a normal apartment is a garage and about $400+ a month. I know there's an apartment complex at Union and Dublin (NE corner), but I don't know if they have any garages. Take a look in the Briargate Blvd (not Briargate Pkwy) and Lexington or Briargate Blvd and Union area too. IIRC, there are a few townhouses in the area that may be in the $650 range.

If you don't mind living near Colorado College area, i have a customer of mine who has a couple large apartment buildings with rent close to that range if you're interested.

there is not much in the $650 range for house rentals but for another $100, there are some pretty decent choices.
