    WooHoo!

Got my new M3's today. Gonna try a 190/55 in the back instead of the 190/50. Hopefully my buddy frank2 can get 'em mounted up for me in the next few days.

I think you'll dig the 55 on there.

I went from the 50 to the 55 on my ZX10 and I immediately noticed how the bike wants to turn in. Granted, it may also be the difference between the 2CT profile and the Q2 profile, but I hadn't gone a mile and I could feel the bike wanting to turn further than I would let it. Enjoy the new rubber!

I switched from a 50 to a 55 with the 2CT and noticed it right away too. The Q2s are the same, but I've only had the Q2 in a 55, and probably won't ever go back to a 50.

I'm running 55s on my R1 also. I've been running 55 on the rear since my first tire change after I bought the bike. I'll never put another 50 on my bike.

Frankie...make sure to check for height clearance in your swingarm...My 211's are 55's on a 5.5" rim and I have to adjust the axle pretty far back to not rub the swingarm, and with my gearing the chain is 2 links longer than stock IIRC

Thanks, I'll look at it. The take-off's were the first 55's I've run, and they fit fine, but every tire mfg is different (dammit!) so I'll give 'er a look. I seem to remember a lot of clearance though. I think the tire mfg's should give info in OD when mounted on various rim widths. That'd be a much more true indicator. From what I've seen, for instance, the Pirelli's are very tall.
