    I dont believe that the law officially goes into effect as far as the epa stamp until july 1st. So they can't pull you over if they see one. I just idle around them if possible.

    The law has been in effect for a couple years.... The cops won't mess with you, unless you're riding like an ass. I've been downtown, riding next to DenverPD and they didn't hassle me about my exhaust.

    There are so many bikes including Harleys that have modified pipes. If DPD really wanted to go beyond the typical asshole level they would have done it by now.

    Having said that I just got a $105 ticket for having a Euro plate on my 328 yesterday. He could have easily gotten me for my exhaust but whatever.

    Yeah I agree, I live downtown and have rode down town alot and I have never been harassed by DPD. I don't like to rev it out to 18k rpm's either while i am downtown.
