    Who does seat upholstry

Im looking to get a replacement foam insert and cover for my 250X. Anyone know where I can get that done? The closer to the Springs the better.

Sorry it has been nearly 2 weeks for an answer, but try Patsy Farmer (719-574-5389) near Constitution and Powers in C/S. She does leather upholstery and repair for bikes and gear.

I personally have not had any work done by her, but I've met her and she's really nice. Some other CSC person had mentioned her awhile back in this THREAD.

I'm actually looking to improve the comfort of my passenger seat for my girlfriend and will probably go see this guy; http://www.bitchnstitchninc.com/. I want to change the contour of the seat a little, add a gel insert and possibly have it recovered with some vinyl that offers more grip. I'll let you know how it goes.

That BitchNStitchn guy did my seat 2 years ago- great and professional-looking job for the Duc. So far my seat has held up through all kinds of conditions.

what kind of ballpark figure have you guys been paying for seat work?

I have a corbin I'd like to get redone locally without having to send it back.

Not sure how much mine with BitchNStitch cost because the work was free with bike purchase.

Back in 09, I told PPMS that I would buy the Duc if the dealer figured out how to fit me on the bike at no cost to me AND without screwing with the rear suspension. So they not only bought me a lower seat, they also drove it up to the BitchNStitch guy for further shaving and reupholstering to make me as comfy as possible (in the meantime, I was happy riding around on the slightly taller stock seat for a few days).

If I find anything in my paperwork, I'll let you know, but I don't think there was any. Sorry!

Ballpark for just my passenger seat, left at his shop for a week or so, was a little over $200.
