    Could You Save It?

Went home at lunch today to watch the Moto2 race from last weekend. Had to record it and put it up.

I was listening to the latest MotoPod podcast today... they were talking about that little bump.

Planning on watching the Moto2 race this afternoon...
Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

Man, those guys are good riders. It's gotta be hard to keep your cool in that situation. And then he instantly turns around to give him a look. It would take me half of a lap to stop peeing myself.

Did they talk about Cluzel's "little bump"?

Nope, I would not be able to save that pair of underwear. They would have to go straight in the trash after getting off the bike.

    There's no place like home............

    Re: Could You Save It?

I wish I had video of the save I had in Saturday morning practice between turns 7 and 8 at Pueblo a couple years back, after someone tagged me like that. I thought for sure I was going down the way the front end was thrashing around. But somehow I managed to stay on. Sometimes you get lucky if you don't do anything bad to make things worse (like close the throttle).

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

    Re: Could You Save It?

luckily I haven't been tagged...even though I feel like a rolling road block at times...but I have impressed myself with a few saves...locking the front up to avoid t-boning someone, and breaking the rear loose coming out of corners...you have to stay relaxed and stay smooth with your inputs...

    to that save though

Was that Mikka Kallio? I heard about his save, but didn't get a chance to see it.
