Pretty sure they are blocking off one side of the parking area just for the bikes and leaving the area that runs along 104th just for the cars. Look for the tents they will be having up.
I'm planning on riding down after work. The timer on their site seems to show a 4:00PM start time? It will probably be ~6:00PM for me.
