    R1 vs. Victory

Stopped at the SB light before the C-470 bridge on Lucent Blvd. Victory in the left lane. R1 in the right lane. Light turns green, Victory and R1 GO! Victory is racing . R1 puts it on the back wheel and by the time they are at the next light, R1 has 8 car-length advantage. Wifey and I were amused. Thanks R1 guy!!!

LOL nice!, I miss my R1 for that fact. Its even more amusing when its a R1 and a Porsche.

You don't need an R1 to smoke cruisers and cars. My Speed Triple taught a GT40 a nice lesson from a stoplight on 24!

    Damn I love bikes.

What struck me was the Victory guy was intent on racing. He did the throttle rev/head bob/"let's race" thing when R1 guy pulled up. R1 guy was laughing. Saw all this from two cars back btw...

That's awesome. It's so funny to me how people on slower machines think they have any kind of prayer against true sporting machinery. Must be some weird ego thing.

It was a new(er) Ford GT. A guy in a classic GT40 wouldn't have done that to his engine... And yeah, I was 3rd in line, so I had exhaust fumes to deal with, lol.
