I've brewed a Porter and a Stout over the last few months. Next up is an IPA. I've definitely become a beer snob now that I homebrew.

Ranger is damn good. I usually drink that a lot, O'Dells is slightly better though seems to hit me harder.

Myrcenary? Hell yes that shit's good.

So true. Also makes me appreciate a well crafted beer that much more.

These are on sale on Ft Carson right now for 3.99 per 6 pack. They had probably at least a dozen left as of 30 minutes ago.

Re: I hate having a passion for seasonal beer

I have a good Abyss story. My buddy flew in from Seattle and we were at Wilbur's in Foco and asked the guy there to recommend something along those lines. He recommended Abyss but said they only get one case when it is released and didn't have any on the shelves. He could tell we were beer guys and then reluctantly said to give him a few moments. He went behind in the cooler and came out with a bottle of Abyss and said it was his personal stash and to enjoy. It's by far one of the best dark beers out there, but sadly made of unobtanium. Avery had a beer called methaddict or something along those lines that was a very limited release and I thought was better than Abyss if you ever see it locally.

I also highly recommend Equinox brewery in Fort Collins. I spend a lot of time there and can say that their beers are the best in Fort Collins. I don't even consider going to New Belgium or O'dells any more. Sadly they don't sell bottled beer so you have to get it on tap in Foco. Drinking a growler of a newly released Alt beer tonight

I REALLY like Bigfoot, but their Pale Ale was the beer I kinda grew up on. I've put down 6 Bigfoots in a night, makes for really good times!
