    Hwy 6 (Clear Creek Canyon)

    Could have been less traffic.

Yeah, but from where I come from this road is like the yellow brick road and I'm Dorothy. Cops, well I'm way too much of a for them to care

That road could be really great if it weren't for all the old people driving to and from the casinos and the cops. I generally try to avoid it, but I'd like to try it on weekday morning.

I love Clear Creek but I never hit it at the right time to avoid traffic and buses... so many buses. If I were you, which I'm not, I'd take Central City pkwy to 119 to GG canyon. But that's me...

Clear Creek is pretty much pointless to take unless it's during the week. Way too much traffic on the weekends to make it worthwhile.

It's actually nice at night because of the street lamps and exhaust heat from traffic, if you don't mind being around drunk drivers or people who recently lost a lot of money.
