Responsibilities and Duties:
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Motorcycle Service with Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki KTM, Ducati, Aprilia. Complete tasks scheduled on daily repair orders. Record notes regarding any further repairs needed to a unit. Perform quality assurance check outs. Notify the service advisor or service manager on any items needing customer contact. Timely coordinate parts requests with the advisor or service parts person to keep work flow smooth. Follow jobs scheduled on repair orders as aligned in the repair order dispatch area. Double check work completed. Keep tools and equipment clean and organized. Maintain work area in a clean, safe and organized manner. Maintain a complete file of work in progress as well as work completed on technicians log. Maintain the technicians service schedule book as well as the technicians bulletin and service bulletin log book.
