I received a ticket in Gilpin County a few years ago.. decided to go to court over it.. got there and after listening to all the "criminals" BS in the court room - which were mostly DUI from Blackhawk/Central City, scam artists, etc... I found out they lost my paperwork, so it was dismissed ...
