Need a roommate

I PM'ed Haywood about this, but didn't get a reply so I figured I'd start a new thread. I'm looking for a roommate starting in August. Northeast Colorado Springs.

My house is a 4 bed, 4 bath, 2 story home with a fully finished basement. 2 car garage, fenced back yard with patio and BBQ. Central air and heat, Comcast cable with HBO.

I'm looking to rent out the basement level of the home. Large bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom, and large living area. Some storage space is available downstairs as well. One garage bay, utilities, and cable included. Asking $650/month.

I currently have one other roommate who lives upstairs. She works, takes classes, and spends most of her time in her room, so I rarely see her. We're both easy going and keep the house neat and clean.

Must be okay with pets. We have 2 cats at the house. Both short hair, declawed, and friendly.

I travel about 50% for work, so most of the time you'll probably have the house to yourself.

I'm looking for a clean, trustworthy renter. Non smoker. Please email or call with any questions.
