Bike Night (July 3rd) Before the Firecracker 500

After talking to Rabea. (Her suggestion) How about Sun., July 3, at 6.30pm? Let's get together somewhere on the north end of town. Possibly either PF Chang's in Briargate, TX Roadhouse or Chili's in Monument. Open to any other suggestions.

I will be caging it down from Aurora since my bike is parked up at Rabea's place so I can meet up with the Southies for the ride.

GSXRJOHNNY is in town - he is Denver. And so I thought north might be best. But I am open to whatever. Johnny, do you have any preference?

While I do like the food at P.F. Chang's...to me it seems a little up-class for me to go into wearing my riding gear.

There is a Bird Dog BBQ right there in The Shops at Briargate...or for something a little different, the California Pizza Kitchen, also Panera or Qdoba.

TRH in Monument it is. We've been to TRH in leathers. I don't see a problem with that. BTW - I pretty much go anywhere I want in leathers. And I mean anywhere. Except my "bike"nights do not involve bikes.... .

Are you coming out Drift? Would be nice to see you again. We only had a short time to catch up at HPR.

It sounds like a good chance to carbo-load before the ride on Monday.

If anyone else riding on Monday wants to show, I could answer any questions about the ride.

I will be out of town, so I'll be unable to make it.

But have you considered Cheddar's or Colorado Mountain Brewery? Both are at I-25 and Interquest Pkwy by the Hollywood Theater.

There's also the new Pikes Peak Brewing Company in Monument, but I don't know if they serve real food.

Maybe I would too...if I looked as good in mine as you do in yours.

    Good news and bad news.

    1) I can still fit into my track suit

    2) I had forgotten how utterly ridiculous I look. I wonder if the boots still squeak when I walk....

    See you Sunday!

It will be great to see everyone again and meet some new folks.

We're still on for 6.30 pm TRH in Monument. I'll do a call-ahead.
