tankless water heater repair needed asap!

Rheem ecosense, looks like some water got through the vent & has been flashing code 11. I've got 7 calls out for service today... just seeing if any CSC'ers repair these units.

    PM pls

    Weak

    love my tankless

I'd tear the bitch apart myself if I couldn't find a service guy with the stones to figure it out.

I tried, used an elec duster to attempt to remove all moisture as well as installing the correct vent( I vaguely remember the hacks I hired giving me run around about venting, turns out the mounted heater & ran all piping, the vent was too close to a stud inside the wall & balcony/over hang on the outside. I managed to make it work, but def not pretty & now I have that expandi-foamed as well.....
