An awesome Sunday!!!

So my dreams came true today. I went with a buddy of mine and he bought a 2011 Ducati 1198, it has 3k, a full termignoni system, ecu flash and filter and is possibly the nicest bike I have ever had the pleasure of riding. Yup, my buddy does not have his CO license and I got to ride it all the way home for him!!!! All I can say that is if you have never had the privilege to ride such a machine, you should do whatever you can to get on one. That thing has power for days, it made my year and now it's sitting in my garage. My CBR is hating life right now hahah

Just kidding. I'd love to take one for a spin. I rode a friend's 748 once. Nice, but only for a short distance. I felt like I was leaning over the front wheel.

It's a awesome bike and and a blast to ride. I wish I had a newer picture. Added a few more goodies to it over the past couple of months.

I may actually end up selling mine. Just don't have the time (or desire) to ride the road any more and want to focus more on racing my Triumph. I hate to let it go though, it's such a beautiful bike.

And you are 100% right, from my brief ride on the 1198, it seemed to just fall into place and stay there until it was told to stand back up. I'm not going to lie, I literally hate my CBR600RR at this point. For some time now, I have been wanting to upgrade to a liter bike. Since riding the 1198, the 600 just isn't the same.
