Looks like there is a couple of great rides planned for Saturday unfortunately Ill be at work all day. So who's riding Sunday?

Im thinking meet at MOCO 6:30AM, KSU up at 700. Make a run to Mt Evans and then P2P, Hwy7 and some lunch in Lyons. Should be a nice sunny day for a ride.

Trying to learn the Canyons and meet some new riders along the way. Ive heard alot about the route so wanted to get familiar with it.
Id rather ride early but getting a group to show before 9 seems tough. Where you headed?

Oh word, in that sense I understand. You may find the route fun, I rarely do it. I may head up squaw pass, base of mt evans then across to idaho springs to central city raceway, stop by blackhawk for lunch then head up P2P to nederlands then to 7 to lyons and then out to boulder lol... Dk if that makes sense.

Done the standard P2P, Nederland, 7 run a couple of times but havent made it to Mt Evans yet. Sounds fun. Keep me posted.

The first half of squaw pass is pretty crappy, lots of pot holes and stuff. The other half is new pavement and awesome. The ride to the top is fun, crazy views. I'm not going to the top though or maybe if I get there early enough. Traffic gets crazy if you start late.

Ill just be happy not to dodge TStorms and hail. Last time I came down P2P had to find shelter at some guys house along the way.

Hail sucks, can't stand it. Last thunderstorm I was caught in filled my boots (seriously), wasn't fun.

    ...about as un-fun as 7am

Theres barely any precipitation tomorrow so we should be good. I'm still down for that ride, got my new tires so lets do it. If others wanna meet up a bit later and keep riding I'm down... I also dont plan to haul ass at all so just a fair warning

Im with ya. Not a fan of testing the limits of my Dunlops on the street so as far as Im concerned the pace will be moderate to spirited. Lets just have a good ride and save bonsai ninja skills for the track!
Keeping with that thought, noobs are welcome. Ya wanna rage meet me at IMI Tuesday, or better yet HPR on the 5th.
Anybody running late or wanna meet up later send me a PM or txt. 515-508-9639.
Otherwise see ya at Moco, KSU at 7AM!
