I've worked retail and sorry but any good employee knows damn well that the customer is always right you want there money? you treat them with respect PERIOD!!! I don't fault anyone for mishaps, new employee lack of knowledge, and other miscellaneous hiccups experienced while shopping. It doesn't make me not want to shop there, unless they make mistakes frequently, and I'm a rather understanding person. With that said, nothing excuses an employee for simply being rude to a customer. I don't give money to dicks.
