    Toseland retiring...

Another one of my favorite riders is walking away I loved watching him race in WSBK, even more so when he shook up GP...

Toseland forced to quit racing due to injury

James Toseland has endured a torrid 2011 campaign since injuring his wrist, prompting him to call time on a hugely successful motorcycling career

Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

In the past few years, it never seemed like he could catch a break. Good rider and always a nice guy in interviews.

Toesland is washed up. He had his day in the spot light but it's time for him to move on. Nice guy but his competitive racing days are over.

He still plays in a band in UK.

It's sad to see a riders career end due to injury. He always seemed like a nice guy, too. Strange in a sport with so many egos.

This makes me EXTREMELY SAD. Glad I got to meet him though, and for the record he was very cordial and SUPER HOT. Racing will not be the same.

He'll be selling real estate with his brother in the UK. And I hope that he gets invited to be a race announcer, because that would awesome!
