I'm not able to run or jog with my knee cartilage and stretched ACL, but I'd be up for some type of weekend mountain biking get-togethers.

Eliptical? Works on my once broken hip since no impact

Just like Bulldog said. The elliptical machine works great. The row machine also works great.
