I like the whole metobolism jumpstart thing in the AM, but I like to lift in the morning, so its a bit hard for me to find time to eat and lift without getting up at 3am...haha
I plan on getting my diet squared away (no booze) and doing a mix of lifting/INSANITY/basic cardio(run/bike). want to get down to ~175 with a 30" waist, instead of my studly ~205/32" waist + beer gut now
