Yeah you probably would man, I use to be way better at them until I gained weight. When I was smaller I could do them and never get tired; won a comp once. I would have to challenge you to bicep/tricep curls. Then 3D would come and curl me.

I've got a lot of reading left to do but still don't buy a lot of what I've read. It mostly sounds like speculation. I'm not done yet so I won't make a decision till I am.

It's real hard to stay motivated to workout and be social after getting shit canned. I've been laid off a long freaking time and never had a problem getting or holding a job before this recession. This bullshit security job is a job but still crazy depressing after a $45K pay cut

I will post up my pic tonight then. I have read both sides, so all I ever did was ask the same. I am not looking for anyone to come back and say ZOMG best thing ever. Just read it and if you still think its bullshit I can easily accept that.
I can't do shit for pullups. I am doing only cardio trying to build up stamina and heart, lung, and leg strength. I could probably do 3 maybe 4 pullups.
Monday: Spinning for 59:45 with average heart rate of 167. Peak heart rate of 186.
Tuesday: Spinning for 1:17:00 with average heart rate of 162. Peak heart rate 182.
Gonna skip today but boy do I love my HRM. Best purchase I ever made.

Yup.. Good point. I used to suck bad at pull ups. I never do the kipping pull up, but always see people doing them. Usually the crossfit guys/girls. I usually begin my back workouts with pullups. I used to only be able to do like 4 sets of 5's, but I do 4 sets of 20's now.
