Willow Springs Motorcycle Club - Toyota 200???

I was just looking at whats out there, and was thinking that this might be a run one to try, here is what I am wondering:
    1. What is the qualifying procedure for it? (I head that you need to produce more then one lap, sub given time)
    2. Do you need to race any other event before doing this one?
    3. Would any one else be interested in checking it out?

Well, your AMA license makes you eligible to qualify, but I am unsure how that works. There is virtually no information online about this year's Toy200 for some reason.

Hell Yeah! That is what I was looking for, I heard the alternative to that is doing a race with them before hand, and I don't feel like make the trip twice.

I heard some one say that you you need to turn 3 laps in a row under 1:30. I beleive Tyler Jones was in the 1:27's there last time he went, so I think it is worth looking further into.

Gene you will need a pit crew also to refill gas & quik change your tires, some practic before hand would help.
Very fun race to be involved in. I was part of a pit crew for Robbie Dowey & Skye Gerard on the C5 team.

Re: Willow Springs Motorcycle Club - Toyota 200???

and no quick change equipment starting this year so Attack and Graves are not going to have the huge advantage they had the past 3 years. in the past you had to qualify at the September round the month before. if you can lap below 1:30 there then you will quallify and as long as you start the race you will get paid your $1000. i was planning on trying to get back out to Willow this fall or winter so let me know if you plan on doing it.
