all are available as motorcycle plates...

I'm a big fan of the first one. I have it on my truck. Coming from a military family, it's important to support the families as much as the soldiers.

Soldier Support...I am down for anything that may possibly make a cop not give me a ticket (many cops were soldiers or support them)

I chose the soldier one, while I am an organ donor and support it it just doesn't fit on a bike

    Re: Plate Options?

without soldier support you wouldnt have the freedom for the other 2....
but if you get the organ donor maybe you could make a special request for "donor cycle"

Most plates require some sort of donation to a different group. I had to give the American Military Families group a 25 dollar donation, then a one time charge from the DMV for the plate in addition to the annual raping they give everybody.

That link I provided above... click on the plate and it will take you to a details page that describes what you need to do to obtain the plate.

This used to be a big deal, some plates like the pioneer plates, you had to prove 4 or 5 generations of family in CO. But, the law changed a couple of years ago, freeing up a lot of the restrictions.

The new yellow Pioneer plates allow anyone now.
But, if you see the old red plates, those are Pioneers who had to prove themselves as a 100 yr Colorado native. We had to provide a copy of our great-grandfathers birth certificate from over 100 yrs ago. Dredging thru records in Aspen...

^^ I remember helping a friend of mine do the same thing back in college. Luckily, her family all resided in the Littleton area so it wasn't terribly difficult.

The plate doesn't fit well, but all motorcyclist should be organ donors.

Definately support for the armed services.....ALL else depends on them and their sacrifices.
