PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
· 75% on Production Floor
· 25% at Computer
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Must speak and read English fluently
· Must be dependable, punctual and have good attendance.
· Must be flexible and adaptable to change
· Demonstrate professional conduct at all times and be quality driven with an attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfort with Technology
· Discern Color (Not Color-Blind)
JOB DUTIES:
· Documentation control – create and update quality plans, BOM’s process sheets, and ERP system standards
· Addressing of customer issues and problems
· Administer nonconforming material control process
· Audit, qualify and optimize quality plans and manufacturing processes
· Develop manufacturing processes for new products, and changes to existing products
· Administer the engineering change system
· Assist engineering with new production introduction projects
· Inspect incoming and outgoing product
· No Travel
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
· A 4 year BS degree or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE:
· Need to know what the word “Manufacturing” means.
· Experience in Google Docs
· Excellent computer skills.
DESIRED BUT NOT NECESSARY:
· Speak and / or read Spanish
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 protocol
