    The McDonalds Incident

I have seen a thing or two go down in restaurants... The one thing I learned from this is: Dont go behind the counter if you dont work there

I have no clue what just went down there but I loved how he went Braveheart on them with that metal rod That's just a bad situation for all parties involved..

One woman got a laceration, the other a fractured skull. Incident started because the employee questioned a $50 bill they gave him. The employee had a criminal past, he served 10 years for murdering a classmate in grade school.

Personally I hate it when women think they can walk all over people and do whatever they want, as if they have some kind of immunity to the repercussions. Glad they got their ass beat, and are also facing criminal charges.

Seems almost fair.... verbal, then she took it to physical, then trespassed....but he should have stopped after the threat was disabled.

    Re: The McDonalds Incident

sweet! who cares if the employee questioned them about the bigger than normal bill, they are supposed ask the costumer to according to company policies. if you act like a kid in a store you should get your ass beat like a kid in the store until you obey the rules. maybe a light spanking would have been more appropriate rather then the metal stick but how many of you would like to get jumped at your place of work???? heeeeeellll na!

She dressed like a man and talked like a man, but didn't fight like a man.
He shot a man, did his 10 years in prison like a man, and fought like a man.

Expected result: Fractured skull and broken arm.
Unexpected result: Man goes to prison again.

Can't say the wo"man" didn't get what she deserved, she will think about her choices the next time she tries to jump over the counter.

No s"he" wont... eternal victim, nothing she does is wrong, always someone else's fault.

Even with this specific event, I'll bet if you talk to her, she will find absolutely nothing wrong with her behavior.

Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!

Yeah, he should have stopped after they were down from what I can see, but they deserved everything they got up to that point. After the slap (not sure why she wouldn't be charged with assault for that), he retreated and she followed. She's the aggressor at that point. The main thing to decide in a self-defense situation like that is whether your actions are to defend against an attack or whether you are acting out of anger. The latter, while quite satisfying when someone has slapped and berated you, is not directly defensible in a legal sense.

"A strict observance of the written laws is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self- preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to written law would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property, and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the end to the means."

For the sake of entertainment, that was good to watch.

Agreed. It's quite easy to see he continued to beat them after they were no longer a threat and should have stopped. That, and his history, will be what sends him to jail (probably for a long time).
Did they deserve a beating? Hell Yeah, but a fractured skull is getting close to beating someone to death and he shoulda stopped.
