I'm sure this conversation has been had a jazillion times, but I would get the highest chain size for street durability. 525 has a slightly wider inner roller than the 520's, likewise 530 and 525.
Just be sure to match chain size and sprocket size. Suzuki's specialty #532 isn't a bad choice either. Its not as heavy as a 630, but more durable than a 530.

Call up Jim at tfog ftw. If he does not have it in stock its worth waiting. Go with steel sprockets and an x ring chain. Look at your sprockets before you call, so you know what your gearing is then change it as you feel you need to. Are you putting those extensions on?
A good long ride can clear your mind, restore your faith and use up a lot of fuel.
A good rider has balance, judgment, and good timing. So does a good lover.
im gonna go with a 530 conversion, i think it will be the most durable choice for an extended chain also...??
You don't need a 530 chain for a 600. I'd get a 520 conversion and I'd get it from here: http://sidewindersprockets.com/

On my 01 r6 I did a 520 -1/+2 and it made a very big difference. I think it was a 15/50 tooth sprockets? I looked around for a 525 and never found one. The 520 will wear out faster than a 530, but on a 600 it doesn't make that much difference. On 1000cc it would be a lot more different.
I wound up going with a pitbull sprocket and chain (Link) and was happy with it. The biggest difference in changing the gearing (-1/+2) is that the speedo was off and it would cruise at a higher RPM on the interstate. And as others have said, nothing wrong with consulting some of the local shops for expert advise, parts and/or installation.
What you have to be aware of is that 520 sprockets generally are made of aluminum- which may wear out in a short time. I would go with the 530 steel sprockets unless you are racing and need the weight savings?
