It's because a banned member was using the Supertune login, hence still being on the site. The admins are trying to get in touch with Mike about the situation, since it's obvious that Mike isn't the one posting under the account.

Also Supertune posted an R1 race bike for sale saying to call Patrick. I'd assume that if Mike was selling it, he'd say to call the shop, and not give Patrick's number. And his IP address has been the same as Patrick's that was banned.
