    Holiday drinking and driving

I would like to share an experience with you about drinking and driving.

As you well know, some of us have been known to have had
brushes with the authorities on our way home from the odd
    social session over the years

Well, I have done something about it. A couple of nights ago
I was out for a few drinks with some pals and had a few too many
whiskeys as well as beers and some rather nice fine wine; but
recognizing that I may have been well over the limit, I did
something I've never done before - I took a bus home.

I arrived back home safely and without incident which was
a real surprise, since I had never driven a bus before
and have no idea where I got this one.

Seriously, please don't drink and drive!
    Thanks, Jim

I rarely think of motorcycles without a little yearning. They are about moving, and humans, I think, yearn to move – it’s in our cells, in our desires. We quiet our babies with cyclic movement, and we quiet ourselves by going.

The RTD system is not all bad. If you can look past the fellons and former DUI contestents joining you on the ride. And can get the routes figured out (most smart phones have an app that shows you routes/stop times/fares) its not a bad way to get around. When I wrecked my R1 early in the spring, I had no choice but to take the buss for about 2 months. Its a pain durring the day because they are all usually late, but for $2.25 each way its hard to beat. Good call on ditchin the car and the costs of a DUI! Cheers to you... wait, that may not be the appropriate sign off.. LOL! -Mick-

Funny. Where did you park the bus once you arrived home safely?
