Brandon, just a quick note that I will be there tomorrow but I will be on vacation after that. If you can't make it tomorrow anybody in parts can test your battery but if you buy one be sure to mention the CSC discount

Will do; thanks for the heads-up!

I rarely think of motorcycles without a little yearning. They are about moving, and humans, I think, yearn to move – it’s in our cells, in our desires. We quiet our babies with cyclic movement, and we quiet ourselves by going.

Can't beat the new lithium batteries for weight and size. I have the 8 cell Antigravity in my DRZ (240 CCA, 1.7 lbs, 4.25″ long x 2.2″ wide x 3.25″ tall). They are quite expensive compared to a lead acid type tho. I hope it lasts at least five years.

I just dropped a Shorai in a couple weeks ago. The weight and size difference is unreal, and my big twin has never, ever jumped to life the way it does now. Highly recommended.
Just want to send a quick public "Thank You" to Patrick for the help getting my battery charged, and going above and beyond. It was awesome to hear Gemma fire back to life for 2012!
And while I'm here (and because I don't think it warrants a new thread...) Can somebody please tell me what the trick is, to remove R&G Racing frame sliders? They are the kind that are bolted directly into the frame, and while I've taken off the slider itself (via the simple lock nut and washer), I haven't any idea how to take out the actual bolt itself. Is there a special slotted wrench that's needed or something?
