Denver Restaurant Week Feb 25 - Mar 9

Foodies: it's time for some yums once again- Restaurant Week is approaching!! And yes, like in previous years, the event lasts 2 weeks (Saturday, Feb 25 - Friday, Mar 9).

"Denver Restaurant Week is a two-week celebration of the culinary scene in Denver. Participating restaurants will offer a multi-course dinner for the fixed price of $52.80 for two, or $26.40 for one (not including tax or gratuity)."

The link above has more info. Keep in mind the list of places may not be finalized yet as of today, and may include areas like Boulder and Castle Rock.

Too many good ones. I've dined in at least 22 of the listed restaurants over the years, and all were pretty different with some so-so, but mostly awesome. But because each person's idea of "awesome" is different, I'm not going to post my list here; however, feel free to PM me.

Best bet is to use 5280 Magazine, Urbanspoon.com, Yelp.com, or OpenTable.com to see reviews and types of food each place serves. If you're concerned about cost/the best deal, pick the places that typically have the highest-priced items because you'll still only be paying $26.40/person during Restaurant Week.

The only high end one I've been to the Briarwood

Do you have to make reservations early (now) to get into some of these places during the deal?

The Capital Grille!!! Usually $50 for a steak entree. Great food.
Might need to try Del Frisco's too. There goes my diet.

    Steak Coma.

Sarah, thanks so much for posting - great idea.
