It's powder coat. Except for the front fairing stay which was blasted and sprayed. The rubber coated wire wraps don't do so well in the powder oven.

Next time you need something powder coated hit me up I'll charge half what "the pros" do and you'll never tell the difference ask fumet i did a frame for him.

nope, but thanks for guessing. Not sure what you were gonna say about the swing arm but all the VFRs since 1990 have had that style. That swingarm came from and belongs on that frame.I was gonna say swingarm
