Fri 3-16 "knock the Dust off" newb friendly.

Will get started around 10. I would like to hit some local roads that are low like; left hand Lower Hwy 7, Stove prarie, Lower hwy 34, devils gultch, pinewood res. road, etc. This will serve as a "knock the Dust off" check roads conditions first ride in a while ride. So i will be cruising at low altitude. Newbs if you show - there will be a class held prior to departure describing the in and outs of group riding. I highly suggest attending a ride where this is spelled out and with time to practice the nuances. I will post several of these during March, April and May. I hope to have some attendance from our Lovely and Talented Bornwildandfree, Cornfed, 4505.5(LOL), 2whlxtremist,sosh,Mayo and more.

Where - Sandies on Hwy 34 and Glade road
    When - Friday 3/16 @9:45 KSU 10:30
What - "knock the Dust off" ride
Who - anyone with a sportbike that wears; Helmet, Jacket, Gloves and Pants.

Dammit, I'm still between bikes. I'll hit up the next one.

Full leathers are required? I only have a jacket/helmet/gloves, no pants.

Your in good shape. Leather is great but making a solid effort to protect yourself is the key.

If this stays on Friday, I may be able to make it. I feel a cough coming on right now.

Had the DRZ on Lefthand and Lee hill today. Be careful there are some good areas of sand, especially on Lee hill road.

Wish I could come along, but at this point, if I tell the boss I need Friday off on short notice, she's gonna think I'm making up excuses to go to Kegs & Eggs!

If you guys and gals hit 7, please be careful, still lots of sand and debris on the centerline on a lot of corners. I'll be properly drunk on Friday @ kegs n eggs so wont be able to make it! Have a good ride tho! This early season spring weather is the bees knees!!! Awesome!!
