Oh, and when OJ murdered Nicole and that guy, did the white people riot, beat and kill innocent people, loot, and burn shit down when OJ got off? Nope. Now, remind me what happened again when Rodney King's assailants got off? Think there's a marked difference between how the 2 communities reacted?

Unfortunately only 2 people know what really happened that night, and one of them is in no position to testify. Of course the black community is automatically going to want to lynch the guy because he's white, before anyone even finds out what really happened.
Look bro fact is the lived there. He got shot after running from some weirdo who was chasung him. Why??? Because he was a suspicious black male. I hope they fry this fuck to make a example. You are not in danger. You are not stopping a crime.you killed a unarmed kid. Fuck him. I hope he gets the max. This happened around dusk in February or January right? So like 5-6ish? Whats suspect about that? Look bro im the first to call bullshit on false racism but this is clear that this guy fucked up.

This guy is my perfect example of needing some form of hand to hand experience before running around with the gun.

Again fuck this ignorant piece of shit. He killed a kid and i hope he is shown no mercey for his ignorance.

Just kinda catching up on this item in the news. Obviously the full story of what went down is going to be debatable to some degree, but I think Mr. Shooter's 911 call is going to eventually be his undoing in a court of law. It's very tragic that one young man lost is life, and the other made a decision that is forever going to alter his, no matter what the outcome.

And mixed into this tragedy coincidentally (and ironicaly) is a bit of Florida law - introduced by Jeb Bush no less - that may serve to only complicate situations like this, where that which is only perceived (or worseover fabricated) self-defense can be blurred with a genuine claim of self-defense, to attempt to defend ones innocence. Crazy, fucked-up, world we live in...

I hate chuckling in the shadow of such a horrible story, but god bless some of the people on this forum and their comments, for reminding me how thankful and fortunate I am, for not having an adult life that reads like one perpetual "score to settle" with their fellow man. What an unrelenting burden that must be.

    +1

This is a travesty. I can say with some degree of certaintly, knowing people who are described as is the shooter, that I would have an uneasy feeling around him, and very little respect. I suspect that the decedent either knew of him by reputation, or from first hand experience, and probably shot him the stink eye, as I would be wont to do to a person described to be as the shooter is. Perhaps words ensued. Maybe a gesture or two.

All of which would be enough to set off an individual who takes it upon himself to exercise authority over others to which he does not have a legitimate claim.

Now that poor boy is dead.

You misunderstand. If in fact the guy screwed up and shot the kid for no reason, I'll be the one to light the match. If the kid jumped him and tried to take his gun, it was justified. What I'm saying is, for all those with torches and pitchforks, that as yet what exactly happened is unknown. So, until then, hold off tying that noose.

What's funny to me. And, it applies to every thread, is the atrocious writing. Not necessarily content, but structure, spelling and punctuation. To, too, two; there, their, they're; weather, whether, etc. Fucking hilarious!! I'm not trying to say that I write very well, but I at least try to appear like I know the English language...

Re: Carrying a gun can make you see them.

So you guys really mean to tell me that you've NEVER seen a "concealed" weapon "printing"??? You'd have to be blind not to see that on occasion. The thing is, if you aren’t conscious of others carrying, and don’t know what to look for on yourself to make sure you aren’t “printing”, then you probably won’t notice on others. It’s like when you are in the market for a particular vehicle, you all of a sudden notice tons of them on the road,,, where you didn’t before.

And people can talk about the “crazy looking guys” in the concealed weapons training classes,,, I’ve been to a couple and seen a few of those. More so, I’ve seen young women and soccer moms, and guys like me (hopefully not one of the “crazy” looking ones

Yup! Funny, isn’t it? I type everything in MWord so I can spell check. People may think I'm an idiot because of my social or political views, but it won't be because I write like a 3rd grader.

I have never noticed anyone wearing a concealed weapon. Mostly because it never crosses my mind. Most of the time I never even notice cops with guns in their holsters.

It's never been an issue with me ether way, which is the reason I don't see them. You however seem to be seeing them everywhere. Are you completely sure you are seeing what you are seeing? I mean how can you really tell what they have concealed unless they show it to you?

Um... Yeh. There are more than you think. If you dont notice them in broad daylight then there is probably no way you will notice them when someone is trying to hide it.

I neither said nor implied that I see them everywhere. I said "it is common". So, you if you do the math regarding how may people are carrying concealed and then say maybe only %5-10 of those are "printing" at one point or another. That isn't really close to "everywhere" but still frequent enough to notice if you are looking. Multiple reasons can cause "printing", especially if the concealment isn't that thorough to begin with.

And I do realize that there is a certain comedic value to calling Frank a racist or homophobe, bitter woman hater, anarchist, ..... the list goes on and on but other than that, I think it's all to commonly ignorance. I get some of the same because I don’t want to be exposed to certain things or have certain beliefs. But, I do get a bit pissed when ignorant people (excluding the joking around, that is) call me racist or a homophobe when I valued friends of every color from all over the globe,,, and some of those are gay. Anyway, just get tired of accusatory bullshit,,, probably the way you get tired of Frank’s ramblings, lol! And,,,, the end

Ummm, maybe he couldn't handle him. Without the evidence, we don't know yet exactly what happened. That's my only point. Innocent until proven guilty. What I don't want to see is another debacle like the Rodney King trial v2.0 where people were put on trial again even after being found not guilty simply because the gov't didn't have the ballz to stop the riots the way they should have. So, they figured the easiest thing to do was just violate the double jeapordy rule and try them again. If there was no reason to kill the kid, the guy should fry, but don't light the match until that's proven.

Re: Carrying a gun can make you see them.

Im not assuming anything. He had no reason to go out and mess with the kid. None. He wasnt in harms way. At all. He went after the kid with a gun and ended up killung him. This man had no right to play cop. He racially profiled the kid. Started a fight. Killed a unarmed kid. Fuck him.
