That district is soooooo fucked up in the way it's treating its teachers right now it's ridiculous.
Putting award winning teachers on admin review after the first two weeks of school, harassing union rep teachers, violating collective bargaining agreements through galore, etc, etc, etc --- that is one seriously fucked up district right now - I'd recommend avoiding them at all costs unless you have no other choice and need a job desperately.
