    Tommy Hayden?

Ok my take on the Tommy & Skye Gerard crash is: T.H. was to far on the outside & tried to push back onto the track before he ran into the dirt. Skye Gerard (who is a buddy from Ca.,WSMC) looked to me that he kept his line & T.H. should have taken the inside line.
If Skye was shown the blue flag than should he have stayed on the outside or moved to the inside of the track off the race line. What do you think?

I do wish T.H. would have won, too bad for the crash.

Well, first, his name is Tommy Hayden, his brother is Roger Lee Hayden.

As for the crash, it was a racing incident and shit happens. Of course, everyone will blame the privateer, but it is still Hayden's responsibility to make a clean pass. He chose the wrong line and ran out of pavement.

Damn privateers. Always getting in the way of real racing in secondary AMA classes, don't they know it is their responsibility to be safely passed by guys with special tires and a lot faster bikes.

I'd say Tommy screwed up a bit, and I think even he knew that. Before he went off the pavement he threw his elbow and shoulder into the privateer trying to get him to turn. That's not how racing should be, and he should have taken the inside line.

I don't know... one time in the house turn we were 4 wide and the guy on the inside stood it up, the guy next to him stood up, then I TRIED to stand it up but Tony Baker made sure I held my line. He just leaned on me and coaxed me through the turn.

We all made it through safely.
