I've been getting call after call from 785-207-6317 with a recorded message offering a lower interest rate on my credit card.

I keep getting them until I hit 1 and talk to some jackass that hangs up on me.

Might be because I'm cussing him out for waking me up, might be because I launch into a rant on scams, or might be because I act excited, then do the above, but he always gets pissy and hangs up...

Then they stop for about a month or two, and start again.

Person: Federal Credit investigations

Me: Yes, Hello, Hi ,Gooday i received a call from this number approximately 23 minutes ago.

Person (with background noise that sounds like a house): umm ok what was the number?
