Aftermarket exhaust for an '03 954RR

I came into a little money and I'm looking for a pipe for my 954. Heard Two Brothers was good for Honda's. What else? And is it worth looking into a full exhaust or just a slip-on.

As I understand things, it's the canister that determines the sound (so if you're just looking to change the sound, a slip-on would do the trick). The advantage (typically) of a full system is significantly more power over stock. A slip on (once you've re-jetted or re-mapped your bike) should also give you more power over stock, but not as much as a full system (which will also require re-jetting/re-mapping). Hope this helps.

Your best bet is to call a shop with a dyno that specializes in Honda's, and see what they suggest. Beware of them trying to sell you a particular brand of pipe that is in their best instest, so get a couple options.

As for horsepower I would recommend the full system, the headers should make a significant difference.

Let's say I'm just looking for sound. Slip on, then Power Commander III? Heard about that combination. Especially at this altitude.
