    .......and the thug Martin.

Well, looks more and more like Martin was the agressor now doesn't it?

Oh man.... Those scratches look like threatening! Oh wait.... I meant the bullets holes in the teenager, not the scratches on the grown man.

It means Zimmerman was telling the truth. And, if someone's on top of you beating your head into the ground, he was now, in fact, in possession of a deadly weapon there genius. It also means that the rug has been pretty much pulled out from under the prosecution.

    Liberal I take it?

Funny how someone doesn't agree with your point of view, so you immediately begin with insults.

Surprised to see any ill will since I made no ill comments towards you, only the subject.

It's common knowledge that if you don't agree with C_M you are automatically labeled a 'Lib'.

I don't think it just has to be "if you don't agree with him".

For those with poor reading comprehension, I ASKED. Hence, the question mark at the end.

Wait......you take being asked if you're liberal as an insult? Well, sorry, I guess I would too...... Nah, i was busting your balls over the obvious sarcasm. You're a Dr. then? Which means you're an expert witness on EXACTLY how hard a person has to have their head beaten against the ground to cause unconsciousness or death and EXACTLY how much blood would result from that?

Teenager doesn't equal small, weak, or harmless. Martin was over 6 feet and 180 pounds. Plenty of 18-19 year olds are capable of killing you with their bare hands. If you've ever HAD someone on top of you, trying to beat your head against the ground, and NOT been in fear for your safety, you are a far braver person than I.

    I get what you're saying.

But it just doesn't sit well that he initiated contact and then claims feared for his life. If you approach someone in the middle of the night with a gun.... I believe they have more reason to fear for their life and defend themselves than you as the aggressor does.

It doesnt sit well because there is an image in your head of what happened. That is where all this disagreeing is coming from. There is a different picture in everyones head and in yours you see Zimmerman being out of line for following Treyvon initially. I think a lot of people would agree that if Zimmermans intent was ill when he was following Treyvon than Zimmerman was wrong for the encounter. On the flip, if Zimmermans intent was to see what Treyvon was up to, because he looked suspicious, then there is no fowl. Zimmermans intent was to look after his neighborhood. When he saw someone that was suspicious he followed them. You can do that. If Treyvon went back to kick Zimmermans ass then Treyvon got what he deserved and if they prove that Zimmerman is lying then Zimmerman gets what he deserves. Plain and simple.

If someone was on top of you beating your head into the ground, your injuries would be more severe.

I just don't get how someone could be justified in taking a life after starting that series of events. He see's someone wearing a hoodie and follows them. Said person figures out they are being followed and defends themselves (without use of deadly force). In response he kills him?

As for your political labeling... It doesn't take being liberal to have common sense.

    Were you there?

The case will be thrown out or found not guilty there is no way they can prove 2nd deg. Florida washed their hands of it with 2nd degree.

No... Seems like he's got a problem with me for no reason. He tried to single me out in another post but quit responding when he figured out he was talking about the wrong person in the video.

Re: Looks pretty damning for the FL prosecuters...

The thug martin? Hmm who was running around with the gun? Who was the guy chasing someone with a loaded gun? Who got killed? I cant remember. Frank i agree with you on some things but you need to stop. Zimmerman is not the only person who had rights. The cops didnt buy his story. Hmm i wonder why.

Thanks for starting this all over. Zimmerman will have his day in court. Until then stop making assumptions.

Re: Looks pretty damning for the FL prosecuters...

Okay before this makes it to 14 pages again lets just do this.

Pro zimmerman. He was acting in defense after he was hit and ended up on the ground fighting feom his back.

Pro martin. You cant claim defense after you chases a unarmed kid without cause.

Those are the arguments. Both sides has evidence. The courts will decide. Done.

Grim lets whore this bitch up!!!
