Frank is the internet neighborhood watch. He runs around and tries to get folks whipped up on political and social topics and I bet $20 to the charity of Frank's choosing (actual charity and one that will accept paypal donations) that he has not attended a single caucus or townhall meeting in at least the last 12 months.
