Need to find a loading dock to load bike

I sold a motorcycle, and the buyer wants to load it into a Dodge Sprinter. He doesn't want to use a ramp, which is fine with me. Does anyone here know of a loading dock in Littleton/south metro Denver that could be "borrowed" that would work? Thanks!

Doesn't want to use a ramp? ok.....

Any loading dock is going to be much higher than the back of a Sprinter van, that ain't gonna work.
