    Faster

took my bike to faster with FI light comming on ,check the valves and replace gasket on clutch.
Good -clutch is not leaking anymore
Bad - light came on after first ride ( i rode bike home from Faster ,did only 30mph ,since i live few milles

...also they said they pluged bike in computer and valves are fine .

I was gonna do superstreet last weekend at HPR with that the bike is ready ,well should i get refund ,take it to dealer or just give them another chance??

Talk to them about your problem and see if they will work with you. I am not sure how a computer can tell if valves are in spec. What was the error code?

i came there and made order on valve check ,got estimate at about $270 for valve adj., $ 100 for pluging in for checking FI light and shuting of at speed, $120 replacement of clutch pushrod gaskets and paid for parts 3 weeks before I brought bike in.Two weeks later I got call to come pick up bike .They said nothing wrong with FI light and valves are good ,that they pluged it in .
When i got in i had to talk to them down few hundred bucks down to original estimate which they gave me .Then i cruised home few miles and dint felt nothing wrong with bike .Started bike today and went on for check up ride ,everything was fine till i went little faster, then the same problem with cuting of and light on/off

i will drop the bike there tomorrow and do more research around on that valve adjustment method they have.I know it was before race weekend like someone mention here before but hey , they were the one who gave me flyers about Superstreet and told me see ya there, guy who worked on my bike told me he may even be my instructor there

Valves are shim under bucket, requires physical measurement. Computer plug in would be to pull the error code for the FI problem.

Perhaps call them when they open and ask for them to re-check the FI light? This thread is up to 15 responses (most from you) since noon yesterday when they weren't open. I know you're annoyed, but take a breath and let them make it right.

Bart @ faster does all the work on my bike. I have had nothing but great experiences with them so far.... I would bring it back and let them do their magic!

Barts a good man. The fi light on my old gsxr was related to my power commander.

    Re: Faster

i have had the same thing happen and it was due to the power commander (notice my bike/mods). bypass the power commander (plug it in like it was stock) and run it a bit. it may run like crap if you are running a full system and an aftermarket filter. shut it down and re-install the power commander. it should clear up and the fi light will go out.

if that doesnt clear it up. reload your map

2000 tillis plus stuff with some polished stuff and some carbon fiber stuff and a little bit of tlr stuff and some gsxr stuff
