Considering a first time home loan. Who to talk to? (Lone Tree)

I'm considering buying again and would like to do the whole financial nonsense with a lender. Please recommend someone in Lone Tree / Highlands Ranch / Parker

Do not put off living the life you dream of. Next year may never come. If we are always waiting for something to change...
Retirement, the kids to leave home, the weather or the economy, that's not living. That's waiting!
Waiting will only leaves us with unrealized dreams and empty wishes.

If you're a member of a credit union, I'd start there. They can't be beat on percentages right now

Or the bank you bank at...LOL

We like our Chase bank, but each branch can be different.

USAA does home loans I believe, how about ENT?

Not in the area that you are in, but Catherine will work really hard to get your needs met.

Chad, her husband, is Chad23 on here. They are great people and I would suggest that Catherine is totally worth the drive.

'Loans At Wholesale' is a good site to check rates for Colorado. You can play with the points with the pulldown menus, and see how it effects your rates available, closing costs, fees, etc. You can do this in three columns too, for 15yr, 20yr, and 30yr notes. Very useful. If you have good credit (750+?), the figures are probably close to what they'll offer you. If your LTV is 85% or higher, than expect to pay PMI (mortgage insurance), which can range from $120-$150/mo I think.

Now is definitely the time to buy or refi. With 700+ credit, you should be able to get around 4% on a 30yr, maybe a little lower. My buddy just got a 3% on a 15yr!

    Also check: www.BankRate.com
