    I didn't even escape until 8:30, and they threatened to page me back if they needed me. So I just rode over to Sushi Yume up here for a Philly Roll and ice tea.

    Oh damn, bad? Do they suffer from the same ailment that plagues many Denver wing joints? They cook the ever-living shit out of the wings for what seems like days, so they end up dry as shoe-leather, a.k.a. "Chicken Jerky", haha. Or was the sauce just crap?

    Wing Stop does that a lot, plus they use cheap scrawny (low-qual) wings. I gave them four tries. 3 out of 4 were jerky fails, so no more.
