North Nevada. It's about a block south of Austin Bluffs on the east side of the road. Their food isn't bad. Their tortillas are homemade and resemble pancakes.

Sidenote: I've met Walter, the owner of La Casita, when we walked by his huge house in University Park as it's next to a trailhead. Said it never occurred to him that he'd someday own a bunch of bright pink buildings.
