    MotoGP Catalunya qualifying

The Yamaha's are looking pretty good too. Glad to see Spies running good again, he seemed to be having an off season so far. I'm more impressed with Crutchlow in MotoGP than I was in WSB. Interesting. Hope the weather is good tomorrow and we have a good race!

Nah! Although, Spies HAS had a bad season so far. Seems like the Tech 3 bikes are better than the #2 factory Yamaha.

^^ I don't think it has anything to do with the bike. Spies is having an off year. This weekend's race was a prime example. He came out like a man possessed, went wide, then went down. Even after picking his bike up, he still worked up through all the CRTs to finish right behind Hayden. Had he not run wide, I think he would have been on the podium yesterday.

I won't give him props for working through the CRT bikes. They're much slower and his off was a short lived one, he didn't miss out on enough of the race to really make that a big feat.

I just wish he would grow some character. lose the monotone. fuck a supermodel. something

Gotta disagree here. I think he was riding his ass off, but I don't think he could have maintained that pace the whole time. He was really working for it. I think because he had a bad race last week.

Since it's not a "spoiler" thread, I'll just say that I was really happy to see the person in 3rd place!

Yeah, but, he's definately second fiddle to George, and, well...... But, I agree, he's not up to his usual form.

Hey he's a damn good rider and his rookie season was tits. But off the track, man that guy is boring. He takes it all too seriously. That's one reason why the greats like Rossi and Edwards are so... great. They are facking hilarious.
