    Wow! 1 ticket = $519.57.

I'll need to bring the sleeping bag since I'm broke buying a ticket

I guess they're trying to pay the track off early

There are "grass seats" that will go for $160 for the 3 day pass. With it all being so new im not sure if the views would be good or not, and I assuming its first come first serve, but it may be worth looking in to...?

Re: WooHooo!!! Austin, here I come!

There are a lot of elevation changes at the track, plenty of good spots with the GA tickets. That is probably what I will get this year.

Since we had the closing on our house in South Austin a few weeks ago, we will have to find a place to stay, which right now the prices are ridiculous. Have a few offers from friends to stay at their places, we might have to take them up on that.

I have 6 people in my family that are going. Wish I could go, but can't. They are all riding( weather permitting) out there too. Enjoy the race, I hope to even catch it on TV. Maybe next year for the GP's my situation will be better

    Have fun!

For me, I'll just wait and put that $600 towards their inevitable track days.

I'll be moved down to Austin by then, but like Ghost, I think I'll put that into some time on the track when available.

Nice seats man. Should have a view of 4-5 corners, and hear the cars screaming down that long straight. I'm gonna try to make it next year for both MotoGP and F1..

So you're saying CSCers will have a free place to crash?

    Money.

And for the money, I find riding on a track way more exciting than watching others do it--even professionals.
